James Freud passes away

James Freud, born Colin McGlinchey, was reportedly found dead this morning after an apparent suicide. Freud who had a successful solo career, was best known as bass player & songwriter for The Models.

Freud was absent recently when The Models were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame. Sean Kelly had said that James “had fallen off the bike”. He’d had a long battle with drug addiction & alcoholism.

He was only 51-years old. More information as it comes to hand.
