Here’s an interesting one folks. I received this photo recently from Andrew Mavrik with the following note:
Hi Mark
See attached photo.
The two with the blured faces are “not” part of the band.
It is the other three guys at the back with the hats and glasses.
The only clues I can give you, is they are an Aussie band, who must have had a hit at the time, because the only times band went to Juke Magazine, was for interviews and photo shoots.
And the other obvious clue is, it is from 1978 onwards based on the Springsteen poster on the wall. (Saturday Night Fever was earlier)

Well, I had a bit of a poke around some old books I have but couldn’t place the faces. Can anyone out there help? Anyone still have their Juke Magazines? If you think you know the band just leave a comment below. Let’s see if the knowlegable readers of this site can come through for Andrew.

The man on the left with the glasses sure looks mighty familiar to me, though that doesn’t help much, I know.
Yeah Izzy, that guy looks really familiar to me too. I’m just as unhelpful, eh?
The guy with the glasses looks like Ross Hannaford (Daddy Cool, Paul Madigan Band, etc) to me
I thought the Ross Hannaford thing too but I doubt it, he’s too young.
A couple of the lads from Strange Tenants, I reckon.
